HOUSE RULES

Upon arrival, please present your travel documents so we can make copies.

Neighborly consideration and a certain degree of order are essential for all residents to feel comfortable in the house. These house rules outline the corresponding rights and responsibilities that must be observed by all residents without exception.

Check-in / Check-out

Please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. Exceptions can be arranged upon direct request (key box).

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Noise

• Avoidable noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.Please keep the volume of televisions, radios, CD players, and other devices at a reasonable level or use headphones.

• Parties and inviting additional guests are prohibited.

• Overnight stays in the garden are prohibited.

Children

• Children staying in the holiday apartment are only permitted to play in the fenced area in front of the terrace. Children are not allowed to be unattended in the basement or stairwell. Parents are responsible for their children.

Safety

• The front doors must be kept closed at all times during the colder months. Doors must be locked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

• Escape routes must be kept clear. This applies to the entrance to the house, as well as the vestibule and stairwell. Strollers may be left in the entrance or stairwell, provided they do not obstruct escape routes or inconvenience other residents.

• If any water pipes are leaking, please inform us immediately. • The bathroom and kitchen doors of "Holiday Apartment 1" may only be tilted open.

• Barbecuing in the garden and lighting any other open fires are prohibited.

Cleaning/Tidying

• Please separate your waste and dispose of it only in the designated containers under the kitchen sink. Do not dispose of bulky waste or hazardous waste in these containers.

• Please use the coat racks in the lower stairwell and remove your outdoor shoes there. The wooden floors will thank you!

• Please treat the apartment, the terrace, and the garden with care. The next guests will appreciate it.

• Please leave the apartment swept clean after your stay.

Ventilation

• For longer stays in the apartment, the bathroom in particular must be adequately ventilated to prevent mold growth. Please tilt the bathroom window open for this purpose.

• When cooking, please tilt the kitchen window open to reduce cooking fumes or turn on the extractor fan.

• Avoid ventilating the apartment towards the stairwell. Please do not ventilate the apartment.

Vehicles

• Motorized vehicles may be parked free of charge along the concrete wall on Wachtbergstrasse in the areas marked with white dashed lines. You do not need to park within these lines but can maintain a comfortable distance from the wall.

• Please note that the speed limit on Wachtbergstraße is 30 km/h.

• Please park bicycles in the courtyard in front of the house entrance.

Deliveries

• If you use your smartphone for deliveries, for example, food deliveries, please inform the delivery person that she/he should not ring the doorbell upon arrival but rather use their smartphone.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.
